Panos Lernis is the sole ultimate beneficial owner ("UBO") of both Cyprus Dot MD, Limited ("CMD") and its parent company NVITRA Capital Markets, LLC ("NVITRA"). He has been the only UBO of CMD since its inception in 2014 and the only UBO of NVITRA since its inception in 2012. His vision and value added proposition is to build transaction bridges between the USA, Western Europe and China with the Republic of Cyprus that can be used to channel foreign direct investment into the Cypriot economy. Since the 2013 bank bailout he has focused on sale-leaseback transactions within the Cyprus real estate sector.
